With more rain and thunderstorms on the forecast for next week, we thought you could use some cures for cold weather. What better way to show love for your family (and yourself) than by feeding them nutritious food?

The Lemon Chicken Soup recipe is inspired in part by the classic Greek Avgolemono (IYKYK) and a Creamy Chicken, Leek and Pasta Soup we drooled over on TikTok. Leeks, carrots and an insanely delicious local chicken bone broth from our friends at OLLA come together with chicken breast and Conchigliette pasta for a heart-warming soup that you'll want to make again and again. 

Pair this tasty soup with a nutrient-rich beet and red chard salad to bring a little brightness to your table. Next week will be our first time including pre-cooked beets in the bundles. We LOVE beets - like, love, love - and we know that cooking them yourself can be a hassle when you're trying to get a quick, healthy meal on the table.
