Steak Strips with Balsamic Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- 10 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt & pepper, to taste
For Marinade:
- 1lb steak strips
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add steak strips and marinate for 20 mins or overnight.
- Heat a saucepan to medium heat, add butter and marinated steak then sauté for 8 mins. In the meantime, slice mushrooms.
- Add mushrooms along with the balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms start to brown , about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve right away.
