Shredded Greens and Pear Salad with Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sierra Nevada Porter & Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 head salanova lettuce, stemmed and leaves shredded
  • 2 heirloom pears, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with the oil, mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Add the shredded greens, pears and dill (if using).
  3. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
  4. Transfer to a platter and serve.
