Shredded Greens and Pear Salad with Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sierra Nevada Porter & Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 head salanova lettuce, stemmed and leaves shredded
- 2 heirloom pears, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped dill (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with the oil, mustard and lemon juice.
- Add the shredded greens, pears and dill (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
- Transfer to a platter and serve.
