Pan Roasted Broccolini

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch baby broccoli or broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • coarse flake sea salt, for finishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment.
  3. Trim off any rough ends of broccolini. 
  4. On the baking sheet or in a large bowl, toss broccolini with olive oil. Spread onto baking sheet in a single layer (overcrowded or overlapping vegetables won't get as crispy).
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until broccolini is tender and tips are golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven; serve while still warm and crispy, sprinkled with flake sea salt to taste.
