Oven Baked Fish Tacos
Our favorite way to make fish tacos and QUICK! All you need is a sheet pan and a skillet. #TeamNoDishes
Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds Wild Rock Cod
- 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoons lime chili seasoning, such as Tajin Classic (optional)

- street corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange cod filets on parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, ground cumin and Tajin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the fish easily flakes apart with a fork.
- While your fish is baking, warm your tortillas in batches in a skillet on the stove.
- As tortilla batches are complete, keep warm in a piece of foil.
- Remove fish from oven and assemble tacos. Place slaw on the bottom of each tortilla, top with fish and drizzle with your favorite hot sauce if desired, serve with lime wedges.
