Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 18 minutes | Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered if large
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons local honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Trim the brown ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
  3. Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut-sides down on a rimmed sheet pan, being careful not to overcrowd. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to combine.
  4. Roast until browned and tender, 18-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey, toss to coat and serve immediately!
