Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 18 minutes | Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered if large
- 1 ½ Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 Tablespoons local honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Trim the brown ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut-sides down on a rimmed sheet pan, being careful not to overcrowd. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to combine.
- Roast until browned and tender, 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey, toss to coat and serve immediately!
