Grilled Zucchini
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 pound zucchini
- 1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium.
- Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4" thick planks.
- Place the zucchini on a large plate or tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Grill for 1 to 3 minutes per side, or until char marks form and the zucchini is tender but still has some bite.
- Remove from the grill and and serve.
