Farm Fresh Chimichurri

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  • Finely chop the parsley and garlic, add to a bowl.
  • Stir in the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasonings.
  • Enjoy with sliced top sirloin.
