Chili Garlic Roasted Chicken & Carrots
Ingredients:
- 1lb Mary's Organic chicken breasts
- 4 carrots sliced, into thick strips
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix olive oil with garlic powder, chili flakes, paprika and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken and carrots with the mixture and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until chicken is completely cooked through.
- Serve hot!
