Chili Garlic Roasted Chicken & Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1lb Mary's Organic chicken breasts
  • 4 carrots sliced, into thick strips
  • 6 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix olive oil with garlic powder, chili flakes, paprika and salt in a bowl.
  • Coat the chicken and carrots with the mixture and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until chicken is completely cooked through.
  • Serve hot!
