Cheesy Asparagus & Arugula Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 sourdough pizza dough ball
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 asparagus bunch
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Allow pizza dough to rise for at least 45mins. Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Stretch and shape dough into desired crust shape and place on a pizza stone or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Rub dough with olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic over the dough, then spread asparagus onto the dough in a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove pizza from oven and add cheese. Return to oven and cook until cheese turns golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve: Top with arugula, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
